Here’s the thing:
If Banana Bread went to college, its roommate should be Chocolate.
If Banana Bread needed a date to prom, it should take Chocolate.
If Banana Bread was down on its luck, and needed a shoulder to cry on, who should it turn to? You got it. Chocolate
Why? Because these two were meant to go together.
Banana Bread, say hello to your new best friend.

I just stumbled upon your blog looking for some new recipes. I just made this tonight. Honestly, the BEST gluten free banana bread I have made…. and I’ve tried lots of recipes! I used 1/2 Bobs red mill GF mix, and half brown rice flour. Thanks for the great recipe, love your website!
so sweet, thanks, thanks, and more thanks. I really am happy to hear that you tried the banana bread recipe and liked it! hope to see you again soon.
this looks amazing, I can’t wait to make this the minute my bananas get spots! Would you mind sharing exactly what flours you use? Do you mix your own? I have tried so many versions of homemade and store bought, that it’s hard to decide. As long as it’s not bean flour, it’s usually OK:) I do use flax egg and try to be soy free as well. Definitely gluten and Dairy free always.
Your site is so helpful, especially for last minute ideas!
